Our Wonderful Lunch-Date at IKEA

Today Nick came and got me from work and we had a lovely dinner date at IKEA! Because of Nick's very busy schedule we don't often get to do lunch together, but sometimes I drive the 25 minutes back to PG to have a 5 minute lunch with him, and sometimes he drives about 40 minutes from work or school to have lunch with me if he can! Today we went to IKEA because it was nearby and I've been begging to go for a while, now.


We shared delicious swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes, and garlic bread for lunch. I was delighted to hear that Nick loved it and he wanted me to make it some time!


After eating we walked around and I quickly showed him a few of my favorite things before I had to go back to work. All in all it was an excellent date and I'm definitely looking forward to doing it again, sometime! (Only maybe next time we'll allow enough time to actually shop and buy things!)
