I know the date of this post is going to be a little off, (a lot off) but there were a few things I'd like to log that happened before the glorious birth of our third son. Like the Greenway, for example. There's not a lot to this area in Tennessee that we cherish. Not a whole lot of bad, just not a whole lot of great. Utah had majestic mountains, Alabama had white sand beaches, and Tennessee has... Nashville, which would be awesome if we loved country music, had no children, and enjoyed major city traffic.
From what I 've been told the Greenway is a wonderful example of revitalizing an old historic site. The city of Clarksville took some old abandoned railroad tracks and turned them into miles of gorgeous, paved trails to walk or bike. At the end of my pregnancy I wanted to tire out my boys and get some walking in, so we would walk about half a mile to a big beautiful bridge, then head back when the little ones asked me to carry them. (I did carry them a few times, but mostly I made them stay in their wagon.)

The boys would always start our walks by running...
Soon enough, though, they'd get tired and want me to hold them.
On this particular walk Zeke got so tired he just stopped and lied down on the trail, so Eli did the same. ;)
