Baby #3 is coming any day now! :) I've been bad about blogging lately, and I realized I'm about to have this little baby and I haven't even announced that I'm pregnant! ;) Well, surprise! (It was mentioned, I guess, in Nick's Aviation Graduation post and the post about the military ball shows my belly, so I'm not a complete failure!)
Anyway, this little guy, (yep, third boy!), is due October 27th-- in two days. At this base all pregnancies are handled by military commissioned midwives unless the pregnancy is high risk. My midwife is called Fuel-Harris, and she's been wonderful. :) My mom is scheduled to fly out on the 29th and if baby hasn't come by then I'll be induced on the 30th. I've never gone into labor myself before, so this is what I'm counting on happening.
At the beginning of this pregnancy I knew this baby was a girl. I think part of it was wishful thinking, but this pregnancy was different, too. I craved different foods, carried a little higher, and got terribly sick which didn't happen with either of the previous two pregnancies. However, I had three ultrasounds, (for different reasons), confirming that this little guy was indeed a boy. At first I was sad. I had become attached to my imaginary girl, who I realized didn't exist. Then this little guy started kicking and rolling and nudging me all the time and I quickly fell in love with him! He has been my most active baby and he is already so precious to me.
I love this little boy and cannot wait to meet him!!!
